Regular servicing of your VELUX windows helps prevent issues like leaks, draughts, and operating difficulties caused by worn seals, damaged flashing, or improper installation.

Our standard service is carried out using VELUX proprietary parts and includes:
• Removal of any debris from flashing
• Cleaning of all exterior surfaces and glass
• Lubrication / greasing of hinges and locks
• Greasing of opening chain (if applicable)
• Replacement of ventilation flap foam
• Replacement of air filter

Our services can be carried out on an 'as required' basis or as part of our yearly VELUX Care & Maintenance Plan which provides customised regular and consistent maintenance of your VELUX roof windows to ensure their maximum lifespan.
